Difference Between Integrated LED (Lamp-Driver-in-One) and Separated Lamp-Driver

Separated Lamp-Driver: An LED display panel consists of independent components such as LED lamp beads, driver ICs, row/column driver ICs, and amplifier ICs (e.g., 245 IC). These parts are connected through PCB board circuits to form a functional screen. This type is called a separated lamp-driver screen.

Integrated Lamp-Driver (Lamp-Driver-in-One): In this design, the LED lamp bead, driver IC, and other components are all encapsulated inside the LED lamp itself. As a result, no external components are visible, and the back surface is smooth and flat, creating a display with enhanced transparency and a cleaner appearance.

1. Avoid use or storage in high-temperature, high-humidity, or acidic, alkaline, or salty environments.

2. Keep away from flammable materials, gases, and dust.

3. Operating temperature range: -20°C ≤ t ≤ 50°C; operating humidity range: 10% to 90% RH.

4. Avoid prolonged use of transparent LED displays in environments with high temperatures or poor heat dissipation, as this can easily burn out the internal circuit boards.

5. When powered on, transparent LED displays at humidity levels exceeding the specified humidity can cause component corrosion or even short circuits, resulting in permanent damage.

6. Water, iron powder, or other conductive metal objects must be strictly prohibited from entering the screen. Transparent LED displays should be placed in a low-dust environment as much as possible. Excessive dust can affect the display and damage the circuitry. 7. If water enters the device for any reason, please turn off the power immediately and contact our engineers. Only use the device when safety is ensured.
